I am a Licensed Psychologist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with a doctoral graduate degree (PsyD) and am an Adjunct Professor at Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology.
My Therapeutic Orientation: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supported by other gold-standard modalities with an extensive evidence base for the successful treatment of numerous mental health conditions, including: anxiety, OCD, depression, chronic pain, and heath issues.

My Memberships: President of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS), the international organization that houses ACT. Member of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) and the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF).
Professional Presentations: I have lectured and spoken before numerous professional, non-profit, and for-profit groups and companies. Topics have included the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, depression, suicidality, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have developed a mindfulness program for anxiety as well as a clinical self-compassion program. Additionally, I have designed and implemented a pilot research study demonstrating the effectiveness of ACT as a treatment for people suffering with perfectionism.
